D-Day + 831 : Operation Circum Navigate.

Decided to take shots of all possible units before going to my missus's place.
It was kind of 'on-the-way' since I'm getting something from the market, and 804 passes by the area so, might as well.

Damn my luck for hopping on a SMRT bendy with faulty air-con. I felt like i was sitting in a oven but luckily, the journey was short.

Tried as I might, to get a good shot of all the blocks but as work was still on-going, i couldn't gain access into the work site. Could only made do with shots of the out-facing blocks.

D-Day + 818 : First outing to Jade Spring with 550D...

... didn't expect much changes since the last visit was just about 2 weeks ago. But i'm bringing my new toy to try it out on Jade Spring. Still trying to grasp the many settings and mode. Anyway, here's the update.

I see my bomb shelter, at last!

The B443 end of Yishun Ave 11.

Fixing the Lego pieces.

Huge ass MSCP. Should be only for Jade Springers season parking?

Sneak peek into a unit. Seems small isn't it? Must get a taller mini-star in order to get bigger flat size.

Windows of B443 unit 10-30.

D-Day + 803 : After months, time to visit!

And right after a swim at the Yishun Swimming Complex, we took a stroll under the scorching Sun to Jade Spring. Luckily the cooling water at the complex did well to cool us down and great was the Yishun Park which provided the much needed shade.

Jade Spring in sight.

Starting on the 9th storey of B443.

Woohoo! Finally it's at the 11th storey! Soon...

Phase 2 blocks are generally much faster than the Phase 1s.

D-Day + 718 : New Year Day! Another cycling trip...

... and this time I set off earlier with a purpose to visit Jade Spring. Yes, progresses can be seen, but only 3 more storeys since my last visit in November? Hmm.. kind of slow.  Hope NCG is not running into operation difficulties given the very bad times.

Starting on storey 7 of B442

Hard at work on New Year day. Thanks dudes!

Bomb shelters. In the background is B446 with a storey higher.

Lucky B442 i would say. B443 is much slower.

D-Day + 656 : On this cool and cloudy day ...

i thought it would be a good time to take an after lunch stroll to Jade Spring for some photo taking.
But sadly, the clouds gave way to the sun when we were leaving home and the high humidity doesn't help either. I am already starting to perspire upon reaching Ave 4.

To make matter worse, i had decided to bring neither phone nor wallet. Thus when the weather had taken its toll on us, there is basically nothing we can do but to make haste our trip. The bottle of Coke Light in the fridge kept us going.
