D-Day + 337: More have been done...

to Jade Spring though I thought the progress was rather slow. On the other hand, it buys me more time to save up for the renovation. Now even phase 2 has begun construction, but with a different contractor. Most probably the 2 phases will TOP together. Hopefully the quality of work will not be hit by the economic downturn.
